What we sell.
Six products across three tiers. Think: Plan (a two-week deep dive, £5,500 fixed) and Coach (a senior thinking partner, £1,950 a month). Do: Help (senior hands inside your team, from £3,500 a month), Build (a fixed-price app build, from £35,000) and Launch (a small-business website, from £495). How the products differ.
Help is for work in flight. Care is for work that's already live. Help is senior hands inside your team. Coach is a senior brain alongside you. Plan is a one-off deep dive. Coach is an ongoing relationship.
What we don't do.
Transformation programmes. Venture building for equity. Strategy decks without delivery. Packaged AI consultancy. We also keep a public list of who we're not for.
