The UK product consultancy market is broken in two directions. The big firms send 50-page decks and disappear. Freelancers solve a small problem and move on. Founders, in-house teams and small businesses with a real product problem are stuck in the middle. I started Reignite for that middle ground: senior, hands-on, embedded for as long as it takes, no longer.

We are deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately hands-on. No layers of account management. No padded hours. No jargon. When an engagement ends, we aim to leave the business stronger than when we arrived. That is the bar.
