I want a senior thinking partner every month. I'm running the work; I want to think it through with someone.
£650 a month, three-month minimum. Two one-to-one sessions a month, messaging in between, document review and an emergency call. Direct access to Alex. Senior brain alongside you, not inside your team.

I need senior help inside the team, week in week out.
1 to 3 days a week, monthly retainer, minimum three months. Senior help inside your team: ownership of the work, hands-on with the people doing it, hand-off when we're done.

Making a backlog the team could plan from
One of the UK's largest grocers ran two commercially important workstreams, retail-media feeds and online product data, through a backlog nobody trusted. The delivery data showed the real constraint was refinement and visibility, not speed. We restructured the backlog, set a tracking standard the team owns, and got the real fixes moving.

A Tier 1 finance group needs a clear picture of its enterprise data, its governance, and a plan to integrate third-party vendors into the data layer. Started as advisory, then delivery.
