What we sell.
Three products across two tiers. Think: Plan (a two-week deep dive, £3,450 fixed) and Coach (a senior thinking partner, £650 a month). How the products differ.
Help is senior hands inside your team. Coach is a senior brain alongside you. Plan is a one-off deep dive. Coach is an ongoing relationship.
What we don't do.
We don't build or develop websites or apps, and we don't supply a build team. Transformation programmes. Venture building for equity. Strategy decks without delivery. Packaged AI consultancy. We also keep a public list of who we're not for.
