## Products and pricing

- Plan (Think tier): two-week deep dive into one product problem. £5,500 fixed price.
- Coach (Think tier): a senior thinking partner, monthly. £1,950 a month, three-month minimum.
- Help (Do tier): senior hands inside your team, 1 to 3 days a week. £3,500, £6,500 or £8,500 a month, three-month minimum.
- Build (Do tier): an 8 to 12 week fixed-price app build. From £35,000 (lean) to £45,000 (standard).
- Launch (Do tier): a small-business website, live in two weeks. From £495 (one page) or £1,495 (small site), plus optional add-ons.
- Care (Look after tier): monthly maintenance for live web apps and websites. Care Lite £1,500 a month; Care Standard £2,500 a month; no minimum term.
- How the products differ: Help is for work in flight. Care is for work that's already live. Help is senior hands inside your team. Coach is a senior brain alongside you. Plan is a one-off deep dive. Coach is an ongoing relationship.
- What we don't do: transformation programmes, venture building for equity, strategy decks without delivery, and packaged AI consultancy.
